Student Access to Naviance

Students who have enrolled after 9/1/2025 need to use the following steps to log in to Naviance:

1. Site: https://student.naviance.com/riverview.
2. Choose Student.
3. Username: [student ID #]
   
4. Password: [request from Guidance or IT]

Guidance may reset the student's password by viewing the account in Naviance. Click on Reset password.

1. Access Naviance at https://id.naviance.com/.
2. Find the student within the appropriate school.
3. Click Reset password.
