Who this is for: Students
Purpose: Help you log in, join class, and submit work during a virtual learning day
🔐 Logging In
Username
- Your student ID number
- Example:
123456@students.rsd.k12.pa.us
Password
- The same password you use at school
If you can’t log in:
- Make sure Caps Lock is off
- Try signing into Microsoft Teams first
- Make sure you are using your school account, not a personal one
- If it still doesn’t work, ask your teacher or join the Help Desk channel
💻 Joining Your Class in Microsoft Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams
- Click on your class Team
- Join the meeting from the Posts or Calendar tab
If Teams isn’t working:
- Refresh the page
- Try a different browser (Chrome works best)
- If using a Chromebook, make sure you’re logged into your school Google account
- If using the app, close it completely and reopen it
📂 Turning In Assignments
- Assignments are posted in Teams > Assignments
- Upload your work as usual
If your file won’t upload:
- Refresh Teams and try again
- Wait a few minutes and retry
- Let your teacher know if it still won’t submit
🆘 Getting Help
- Join the Live Help / Drop-In Teams channel for real-time help
- Teachers and tech staff are there to assist
