Special Education Referral Form

To refer a student for Special Education, please complete the following steps:

1. If this is your first time, you must use your Riverview Google account. If you are unaware of your account, please click on Create Ticket on the right or bottom of this page.
2. Log into Google with your Riverview account.
3. Complete the referral form.
